About

Summer pool, popular with families, featuring diving boards, slides and a toddler area.

The main lap pool is generally maintained at 82°F (27.8°C). The leisure pool and lazy river are typically warmer, around 86°F (30°C), while the hot tub/spa is kept at approximately 102°F (39°C).

What are people saying (AI review summary)? This aquatic center is highly regarded as a summer destination, particularly for families with small children (ages 2-10) due to its consistently warm water, splash pad, and shallow areas, including a turtle slide. Older kids (48"+) enjoy the blue and red slides and a dive pool. While generally positive, some reviewers with older teens found it less appealing due to overcrowding. Visitors are strongly advised to arrive 30-60 minutes early to secure seating and navigate potentially long lines for entry and the required swim test, which is valid for the entire summer. The facility is affordable at $5 per person per session (two sessions daily) and allows outside food. Key amenities include spacious locker rooms, ample lifeguards, covered seating, and convenient street parking, making it a popular choice for family fun.

This seems to prove great for small kids (ages 2-10). It is WAY overcrowded. You must arrive at least 30 mins early or you will not get a seat. Seating is very limited, so even if you do, you may still need to share your space. They make everyone take a swim test, even adults 20s-60s were seen taking it. The swim test is good for the whole summer (makes it a little better). Everyone waits in the same line. There is limited swim space due to overcrowding. Takes a long time to get inside if you do come early, so you have to choose if you want to wait for a seat or not get a spot to sit and not wait. The swim test line is also long. I'm not sure if I would come back as my kids are 11-16.

Best pool area around! We make it a good midday adventure, have a picnic lunch, have some ice cream, and enjoy the warm water. Highly recommend showing up at least 30 minutes or an hour early, and letting the kids play in the splash pad next to the building. If you've passed the swim test you don't have to do it again for the rest of the summer.

Fabulous way to spend some quality time with my youngest son. This place is a gem, and we will be back again for sure. Entry is $5 per person, there are two sessions per day to enjoy. If you want to attend both of them, it's an additional $5 per person. Well worth it. The water is WARM! You can also bring in your own food with is such a bonus. Vending machines are available and ice cream bars and popsicles. The blue slide is for anyone 48" or taller, the blue slide and dive pool requires a swim test, even for adults. Once you pass they keep your results on file and you don't have to do it again. Lots of area in the more shallow side of the pool, 4ft depth. The water spray side is fabulous for all ages and did I mention WARM water. I can't stress that enough. Even in the 90 degree weather I didn't want cold water, so this was amazing. My son must have gone on the blue slide 60 times in 3 hours. I passed my swim test, tested the diving board out and the red slide. Locker rooms are plenty spacious and there is a lot of lifeguards all over for safety. Covered area for seating and plenty of lounge chairs. Small parking lot but lots of street parking. I would advise getting there half an hour early to get in line, to find a prime lounging spot. Chehalis residents get first entry so be prepared for that. Overall, fabulous time and can't wait to go back!

Have little kids? This is the place to go all summer. Perfect large area for the littles, complete with a little turtle slide. The regular slide height requirement is 48". The price is right. Be prepared to take a swim test (1 time each summer) for the red slide and driving board. It is awesome here. Go early and prepare to wait in line to get in.
