I toured Crown Forest in March 2025 and was blown away by the value. Brianna was a world class tour guide/leasing agent. She expertly described the amenities and the apartment in sufficient detail to promote understanding without drowning you in data. She was both professional, articulate, and friendly. The property itself is equally impressive. I toured the Savannah model which is a one bedroom and one bath with a spacious living room, kitchen and walk in closet. The split sink is enormous and deep, there is plenty of counter space, a full sized pantry, in-unit washer and dryer, nickel finished lighted ceiling fans, etc.... The amenities are what put it over the top. The work out room has a fridge with bottled water...pretty ordinary right? They also have a fridge with cool towels to help you wind down after a day working out or at the resort style pool. That was impressive. But wait...theres more...they have put together an expansive gift-wrap station that is complimentary!!!! Who does that???? Crown Forest--thats who. I'm barely scratching the surface here. Tour for yourself if you're moving to the Piney Woods. You won't be disappointed

We have been living at Crown Forest Apartments for a month and it has been a wonderful experience. There are excellent activities for everyone, it is a very quiet, clean and safe place. I think we will be very happy here. 100% recommended.

Prior to moving to Texas, my wife and I had lived in four other apartment complexes in two other states. None came close to the pleasure of living in Crown Forest. The staff here is fabulous: residents always come first with the office staff and the mainenance crew. Any maintenance requests are handled professionally and with alacrity. Amanda and Bri keep the office running smoothly and always follow up to make certain that any reasonable requests are taken care of quickly and always with a smile. Obviously we have been happy here and feel lucky to found the best place to live in Lufkin, Texas.

I have lived at crown forest apartments for over 2 yrs. They were the BEST by far in Angelina county! If I ever had a maintenance request it was taken care of in less than a couple hours. Super quiet and very clean! All staff have been nothing short of AMAZING! The paw park is an extra bonus for my fur baby King! We LOVED crown forest!

I absolutely love living in these apartments! Amanda and Brianna are truly the best – always welcoming and incredibly helpful. Their friendly demeanor makes the place feel like home. The apartments themselves are amazing, with great amenities and well-maintained facilities. One of my favorite features is the complimentary gift wrapping station. It's such a thoughtful touch and has come in handy more times than I can count. Highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!
