I would give this apartment place a zero if possible. The management here is awful. They make up poor excuses for anything they do incorrectly, never sincerely apologizing for their errors. The fees they charge are enormous. They charge you for things that they never do. Fortunately I took pictures before moving in and after moving out. The apartment was filthy when I first moved in and the cleaning of the black stuff on the floors did not help. There was sticky stuff on the floors and the cabinets (which did not close properly). Their bookkeeping is not good either so if you decide to rent one of these apartments please make sure you take photos and keep very good records of your own.

Just moved in. Such a nice place. Amenities nearby. The buildings are nice and surrounded by mountain views. So calm. Nice neighbors too. Can't wait to attend summer concert and enjoy Farmers' Market.

Don’t live at the apartments!!! The only good thing about this apartment complex is the that it’s so close to my work. The amount you pay to live here isn’t worth it. They didn’t clean when we moved in, they “spot” painted, which looks terrible, light bulbs were already out the day we moved in. They rarely fix anything, our windows won’t stay open and their response was that “everyone’s are like that“. I called in an emergency maintenance request because our AC wasn’t working, it took them almost a week to fix. It got to 90° in our apartment. They never responded to my service request, we had to repeatedly call until we got someone on the phone. I’m not even sure they have a cleaning crew to manage the halls or elevator, it’s always disgusting and smells. It would be a nice place if they kept up with it and fix the things that broke.

Daleville Town Ctr has been great! I’ve been here for 4-5 months and love it ( except the current world pandemic sucks!). Facilities are convenient, quiet, clean and well kept. Restaurants across the field, the pool, etc. are great. Thanks DTC!.
