Usually give them 5 stars but this time i was disappointed in the room. We were given a ground floor room and unable to switch to a higher floor. We like having sliding doors with a balcony but this room only had a window that was permanently locked. The room was stuffy and had a portable dehumidifier. The following night we were able to switch to one of the deluxe suites which was great.

We were recognized and thanked upon check-in for being “choice members”. Front desk upgraded us to a suite at no charge. So very kind of them. The hotel is clean. The staff were happy, friendly and eager to please. Suites are spacious. Some minor upgrades are needed through out the building and pool areas, but safety isn’t an issue. We noticed a few things that need fixing…windows with cracked glass, fireplace knob needs replacing, indoor hot tub timer is difficult to get started, etc, but we enjoyed our stay and we plan to come back next year, maybe sooner. Thank you Atlantis our family had a BLAST!

A Fantastic Family Getaway at Atlantis! Our family just returned from a wonderful stay at Atlantis in Wisconsin Dells, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we checked in, the experience was top-notch. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and informative, answering all our questions with a smile and making us feel right at home. Our hotel room was sparkling clean and so comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of fun. My 5-year-old son especially loved unwinding with the great selection of channels on the TV, which was a nice bonus. And speaking of fun, Atlantis boasts three fantastic pools, which kept my son entertained for hours! It was great to have options, whether we wanted to splash around or just relax by the water. But perhaps the biggest selling point of Atlantis is its perfect location. It's situated right in the middle of all the attractions and food Wisconsin Dells has to offer, making it incredibly convenient to explore everything without long drives. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located hotel with amazing amenities for the whole family, look no further than Atlantis. We're already planning our next trip back!

We had a blast at Atlantis! The pools and slides were perfect for my 6 year old who is still scared of the big waterslides. The staff were all so friendly! Even the guests were all nice and fun to hang out with. We were able to enjoy the touristy fun of the Dells, and still enjoy a nice hotel and pool side experience. We went with a basic and more affordable room. Next year I think we'll try and upgrade that.

We were very disappointed with this choice of hotel. HORRIBLE experience. Right when we walked in one of the towels had someone else curly hair right on it. Our kids were so excited for the bunk bed, they looked under the bed it had an old sock. The sliding door screen was ripped couldn’t even have the door open. Our tv remote wouldn’t work. When we went down to complain they sent room service, came back to the room to still have the dirty sock under the bed, new linen with a bug in it. The pool was dirty, they def don’t clean it, shock nothing! I complained to the front desk waiting for a manager to arrive she never arrived and has yet to contact me. Spend a bit more money and stay somewhere else! Only good thing about this place is the distance to restaurants and water parks but I would never book here again.
