The rooms are spacious and come with a microwave and mini fridge. Everything was clean. The view of our ground level suit was of the parking lot. The curtains did not have sheers behind them so opening the curtains for light meant anyone walking by could see straight into the room. There are restaurants on site and several within 15 minutes of the hotel. Waterpark admission was included with the stay. Check-in at 4pm and check out at 1030am. You can stay at the water park the day of check out till it closes and use the locker rooms or rent a cabana for the day. There is a large outdoor park area and an indoor one with a lazy river. There is also coin laundry available in the condo section. Very poor customer service though. Many of the staff are non English speaking and did not even try to be helpful. We had a difficult time getting fresh towels and toilet paper. Had to wait several hours. I will not likely stay here again. It's worth it to spend more at another resort or stay at an inexpensive hotel and by day passes to the water parks you want to attend.

We rented a two bedroom condo and it was very expensive for two nights. It did include the waterpark so that was a bonus with our 4 grandsons. However, the condo was not that nice a very limited amenities. The spoons were really small, the remotes didn’t work due to dead batteries, the kitchen sink plug broke, we needed more towels and they said leave the used towels in the tub and they would deliver new ones, which they didn’t, they said they would pick up bagged garbage which they didn’t and then upon return on our second night out key cards didn’t work. I had to walk a block to the hotel entrance for them to rekey. We were not impressed at all and the service was minimal. Many workers couldn’t speak English so that was problematic. Not impressed! The furniture was very worn and not comfortable at all. The room was painted a dark pumpkin color and the windows were all cloudy so very hard to see out of. Our grandsons did enjoy the waterpark but the cost of the condo was definitely overpriced for what we got. We were disappointed with the condo.

My mom bought a whirlpool condo here last year. We've enjoyed so much of this place for years prior and now we get to come visit anytime we want. Sure the place isn't super fancy, but it's the perfect size for us. There's never any long lines for going down any of the slides, no matter what time of the year it is. We love it here!!! It's been the perfect place for our little family. :) "Thanks for deciding to retire in a waterpark resort for us all Nana!!!"

What a nightmare. This place has so much potential but no one cares about it anymore. It’s very outdated and dirty. The staff doesn’t care. Terrible. Our room #3007 flooded! We called to report it around 10a.m. No one ever showed up while we were still in the room at 5:30p.m. We finally got to move rooms then. The flood was bad, it took out the outside wall in the hallway. The ceiling was moldy and falling down. The wall was wet and so was the floor. It smelled of mold. The bathroom floor was also wet. The water park is okay. We didn’t bother eating there. I’m not sure of the quality of the food. Someone needs to rescue this place! It has a fantastic view and so much to offer. Someone just needs to love it. The rooms are priced well and they are dog friendly.

Old rooms but of decent size. They have a good restaurant service. The indoor water park has a good size, but seems to be smaller than others nearby. I liked most of their water rides. Be advised there is a very small outdoor water park. I bet 2 days is more than enough to enjoy the whole facility.
