We had such a wonderful stay! The resort was clean, welcoming, and full of fun things to do. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Our room was spotless and well-stocked, and the amenities were perfect for both relaxing and staying active. The location was ideal — close to all the Dells attractions but still felt like a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone wanting a mix of relaxation and adventure. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. My 2 kids loved this place. Its very kid friendly. If me and my Family decide to come back to Dells, will definitely book here again. We loved the indoor pool, outdoor pool and the camp fires. Staffs are great too. Highly recommended.

The only positive I can say about this “resort” is the location is great. It’s close to the strip and prime spots. The resort is dated, dingy and smelly. The grout is black and after showering you can see the dirt come off of it. We somehow got noise complaints even after our kids were sleeping and the kids down the hall screamed and pounded on the floors. The amenities are lacking. Half of the arcade games don’t even work, the pools are small and dirty. They advertise free shuttle to the casino however they said that hasn’t been done in years. You do not get any extra towels. We had a group of 9 people and were given 4 towels. For the price you pay I would just expect the place to at least not smell. Never would stay here again.

It’s good for what it is. It’s kept up pretty well, but the rooms could use a deep cleaning. I indoor pool area is great for toddlers, but if your kids are older, it would be best to go to one of the big water parks. The evening fire pit is great for smores and the kids really enjoyed it. I would give it 3.5 stars, but since I have to choose, I’d go with a 4 due to the beautiful landscape in the property . The surfaces are clean, but the carpets probably need to be replaced at this point.

People need to stop complaining. This place is great. Stayed with 4 kids, ages 2-10. If you are looking for a smaller, low key, family oriented place, close to everything in the dells, look no further. We usually stay at Great Wolf but were looking for a change of pace from the big waterparks and a more rustic experience and to save a little money. The cabins and decor are a little dated, need new carpet, sure, but perfectly fine for people that don't need lavish and modern everything. Could they use a deep clean, probably, but it's a campground resort essentially so it wasn't a big deal for us. It smells like a campground accommodation. We are used to camping in a trailer and this is certainly a step up. We debated either going to a campground we frequent with trailer cabins or here and the price led us to this place as it was actually more affordable for a 3 day weekend getaway. It's a cross between a campground and a resort in my opinion. The outside themed decor is adorable and rustic, beautiful large trees and easily accessible from the main road and parking is ample. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The cabin we had, Poplar, slept 8 and since our kids are varying in age we wanted separate rooms. For a smaller crew the rooms in the main hotel looked cute and the smaller cabins looked better situated on the grounds for privacy. The outside pools are great. Clean and perfect for a family with littles and easy to please older kids so everyone is visible at once but has something to do. The indoor pool area is cute for little ones, visible and safe and even my 10 yr old had fun the day it rained. The game area is lacking but literally not why we came, if you want gaming go to knuckleheads. If you want a big waterpark, pay for Kalahari. They have many packages that are available for other attractions. The beds were actually very comfortable so not sure what other people experienced but I'm guessing it's all been replaced. The playground is good for littles. The nightly campfire, super cute. Yes, you pay for a smores bucket, if you have an issue, bring your own. It's a good idea to bring extra towels as the room towels are not for the pool, as posted and they also don't do dishes or take out garbage daily. Not a problem if you aren't a lazy bum. Kids movies with free popcorn in the lobby at 7pm every night. Love that. Also, free coffee in the morning 8-11 in the lobby so people complaining about that, are incorrect. There was soap in the cabins too, and extra tp roll and kleenex, shampoo and bars of soap, again if you want more bring your own. Just really about people being entitled and thinking they are too good for washing their own dishes when the price is great for everything you are getting. The staff was also very kind and helpful. Overall, great weekend and we'll be back. Also, if you are a bachelor party of obnoxious and loud, spoiled men, go somewhere else. Like literally read the reviews before booking and expecting to be loud and party all night and then writing a crap review.
