Came here at 5:00pm on a clear and sunny day and they were closed due to “weather” even though everywhere saying they’re open

Came here to enjoy our first day at the pool on August 1st, 2025 after a long Summer of not being able to go. The staff suddenly closed the facility at 3pm and kicked everyone out when we had paid to use the pool until 6pm. They refused to give us a refund and I don’t know who runs this public pool but they should be fired immediately. Disgraceful. The reason for shutting down was that the staff wanted to go home and there weren’t a lot of people. So I guess just screw the paying customers that already paid? What a joke.

Went on Father's day and saw that the last hour was $1 swim, which is perfect for us. We have 2 littles and this is just enough time. Went today (June 29), and they put tape on their sign saying it is now the last half hour. Charged us $20 to swim for an hour. We didn't pay and decided to go to the splash pad instead. Checked their website and there was nothing about the update. Just a tiny piece of tape on the price sign. Would have been nice to know this before I drove my family the 20 minutes into town.

I just walked in with my son that just turned 12. Immediately I noticed a 13 to 15 year old with a g-string on, her whole butt is hanging out. I talked to the life guards that got a huge attitude and said they have had several complaints, They cant do anything and refused to give me my money back so I could go to a FAMILY POOL. Unacceptable and the attitudes of the life guards wait untill you have children. This is NOT a strip club it's a pool!!
