They replaced our liner and did a great job! The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Update: August 2025 Unfortunately, I have to change my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. A light that was installed during the liner replacement has become dislodged from its housing. I reached out, and he told me he would come fix it on the morning of July 18. Since then, I’ve had no response. I’ve texted multiple times, but the issue still hasn’t been addressed. I understand that pool companies are busy, but ignoring customers is not the way to handle things. Even a simple message saying he’s unable to help would be better than being completely ghosted. This isn’t the kind of service that builds trust—or repeat business.

Needed a new liner, cover etc. Christian did a superb job!! Looking forward to enjoying my pool once again. Great people to work with!!!!

Christian has been top notch from the beginning of the process. My wife and I had no previous knowledge about planning and building a pool. Christian took his time and explained the process and probably answered the same questions many times. He was very patient and helpful and spent hours going through the different pool liners with my wife (bless him). I really appreciated how Christian let me know everyday what would be completed, if there were any delays I would know immediately. His attention to detail on the smallest things during the build didn’t go unnoticed. There were times he could have overlooked the smallest details and go the easy route, but that was never the case. He treated this build like he was building it at his house. The pool will be completely finished tomorrow and it’s looks amazing. I was really glad I was able to get to know Christian and his team. He is very hard working, honest, punctual and just all around great guy. I know our household will hate to see him be finished as we have gotten to know him this past month. I was very skeptical about using a company that just opened in East End, but I am glad we did. I cannot recommend Christian and C.W. Platinum Pools enough. If you’re looking for a new pool build or pool services look no further than this veteran owned business!! 10 out of 10 !
