The reviews for the pool are mixed, with several positive comments praising it as a "nice pool" and a "blast for the whole family," especially noting its suitability for watching children. However, a significant number of negative experiences highlight issues with customer service and refund policies. Multiple customers reported paying admission fees only for the pool to close shortly after due to thunder or unannounced events like water aerobics classes, without receiving any refunds or proper compensation. These instances led to strong dissatisfaction with the pool's management and perceived inconsideration towards paying guests.

There was a party of eight two children and six adults, we paid $34 and some change to get in there and couldn't stay but a half an hour at the most and they close the pool because of thunder. But refused to give any kind of a refund. That's not good customer service.
This review could have EASILY been at least a 4 star, but as a paying customer, I don't expect to be rudely shoved out of the way by an unannounced water aerobics class (for elderly women). Very inconsiderate to not only people who paid to swim there, but to the many small children who were trying to have a fun time. A little notice or something would have sufficed instead of forcing all the other swimmers to get out of the way.
Took our money than 3 mins later they closed. No refund gave us a sharpie marker X on our hand and told us to return in a little while, they didn't reopen that day.
Really nice pool. If you have kids you can watch them from everywhere of the pool.
This was a blast for the whole family. Definitely worth it.
