What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews for this pool are highly mixed. Many negative experiences highlight overly strict and rude staff or lifeguards who enforce numerous rules, leading to children being reprimanded for jumping or splashing, and parents feeling scrutinized. Specific complaints include staff mocking an autistic child's swimming ability, inconsistent floaty policies, lifeguards accusing couples of inappropriate public displays of affection for simple interactions, and a general lack of a family-friendly atmosphere. Reviewers expressed frustration with management defending staff rather than addressing concerns. Additionally, a non-working kiddie pool was mentioned. On the positive side, the pool is praised for offering great swimming lessons for little ones, having watchful instructors, a wonderful large Olympic-size pool, and good pricing. Some reviewers also mentioned nice staff, directly contradicting other negative experiences.

If you would like to spend a Saturday here, walking on eggshells and seeing the happiness run out of your child’s face this is the place to go. The staff is completely overbearing With rule after rule after rule. My child could not get in the pool correctly without us getting talk to. Then we go over to the side that they want us to be on. Somehow, we get talked to again because she wants to play and jump in the pool. Then we try and go to the diving board and after five times of jumping off the diving board we get kicked off of that and the lifeguard is completely rude and says that my daughter is not a strong swimmer when she can probably swim better than him. Then we make our way back to the shallow end she jumps off the side, one time into the water and then we get talked to again. This is in a time limit of less than one hour being at this pool. This is not a family place at all. I completely expressed this to the Lady running the place and all she did was defend everyone else and not listen to anything that was going on. This is not how you treat paying customers To come to your pool and all we want to do is have fun with our children. After I had the conversation with her that we are leaving, we are not going to put up with this. A few other parents saw our conversation and came up to me and said they’re not even getting in the pool anymore because of the staff here. Please, everyone do not waste your time on your day off with your children and go to this place. There are far more better pools than this one. DONT RUIN YOUR DAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
This place gives great swimming lessons to the little ones. I feel my granddaughter is learning well and she is safe under the watchful eyes from the instructors. I recommend it.
If zero stars was possible this place would have no stars from me, they don't have a working kiddie pool, they outwardly mocked that my AUTISTIC 8yr old couldn't swim and I simply asked about if they sold arm floaties or anything to help and was openly judged, and my sister was told her 18m old son was allowed to have his floaty,NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE!!!!!
Wonderful large Olympic size pool very nice staff and good price, would highly recommend this pool on a hot summer day
Very disappointed in this place. My fiancé and I have been coming to this pool every weekend this summer and even got a membership. After being at the pool for several hours one of the lifeguards accused us of “being on top of each other the entire time” and that we need to stop because there are kids around. I understand there are PDA policies but apparently hugging and splashing around is too inappropriate for the public. I don’t think we will be back because we don’t feel comfortable going to the pool anymore.
