Despite first impression of this location, the evening went well. Neighbors were not diisruptive at all. Once inside, the venue has a full outdoor kitchen to include fridge, sink, stove, and microwave.there is a greenery backdrop installed ready to use, a speaker, tables, and chairs. The bathroom has a shower which is extremely practical. There is also a playground for younger children. I am giving it a 5 because the pool and all other amenities fulfilled our expectations. Price was a bargain. Rental was done electronically in a very convenient manner. Owner communicated better by message most of the time.

Perfect place to spend a sunny day! We spend our day at the pool for a small family gathering. Everything was good, the pool was clean, we will definitely go back.

The owner was very nice and helpful. The pool and party area were nice and clean. Everything that you need for a party was available. Definitely recommend this place for any pool parties.
