The spaces (pool, weight and machine room, group exercise room) are clean and well-maintained. The staff is organized, knowledgeable and friendly. And, surprisingly, it is not crowded, although busy at peak times. If your schedule is flexible, you can easily find times to work out in peace. I like that the resistance machines can be adjusted to lower-than-usual weights--great if you are just getting started to build strength.

The therapy workers are amazing and explain everything to you, encourage you, motivate you and are very knowledgeable in their field of work. They have everything you need to get back to full health! They work with your schedule when setting up appointments! Try them out!

It has everything you need to accomplish your fitness goals cardio and lifting. Up to date equipment (free weights and cardio machines), clean environment, and very affordable. I’m taking away one start just coz they Dnt have any music in place also It’ll be perfect if they add sauna and steam.
