What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility generally receives high praise for its clean, well-maintained, and perfectly temperate pool, featuring lap lanes and a separate kids' play area. Patrons appreciate the clean and spacious changing rooms with private showers, ample parking, and family-friendly atmosphere. Many highlight the staff as friendly, attentive, and respectful, with some specifically commending Que and Crystal. The option to bring outside snacks and affordable on-site food is also a plus. However, a notable negative review describes a distressing experience with private swim lessons, citing a lack of instructor consistency and alleging that the director (Crystal) and instructors unfairly gave up on a child with Perthes disease, attributing it to a lack of effort or potential bias related to the child's weight, despite prior positive feedback. This reviewer expressed profound disappointment and felt a lack of support and patience from the staff in this particular instance. A minor amenity drawback mentioned is the absence of personal item lockers.

A nice pool, had two lanes for swimming laps and a separate area for kids to play. The life guard was friendly and helpful. The changing rooms and showers are clean. The only drawback is there are no lockers for personal item so it’s best to take your bag to a visible spot at the poolside.
My son started coming here for private lessons in spring of this year and then during the summer we took a break because he was attending summer camp. We started back up now in the fall + I had expressed to Crystal, the director that I wanted someone more consistent for our son. She expressed to me that they would not be able to accommodate that and that he would have to get used to all of the instructors there. We had agreed certain times and during those times we were going to have the same instructors. Which were Bobby and joy .I had even wrote it down on my calendar. When I showed up the following day for my son to have his private lesson he had a totally different instructor of what we had agreed on. Finally, when I spoke to Crystal I reminded her what we agreed to and she said that the instructors did not feel comfortable teaching my son because he didn't put in effort to listen and the instructors had to talk to him more than one time. Now my son does not have any behavior problems nor is he special needs. I said this is the weirdest thing and this is the first time I'm ever hearing of this. I sit there and watch my child as they give him his private lessons and I've never noticed him being disrespectful to them. I've even asked the instructor Bobby on many occasions how my son was doing and he said everything was good. He never once mentioned that my son was not listening or following directions. When I spoke to Bobby and asked him why he had never mentioned this to me and why he didn't feel comfortable, he said that it's not that he didn't feel comfortable. He just didn't think that My son was ready to join the swim team + Crystal then expressed to me that my son couldn't even get out of the pool on the ladder that he was having a hard time. My son has perthes disease + and he could not do any high impact sports and one of the sports that he can do is swimming. I believe that this is a challenge for them and they do not know how to deal with this. I felt like they gave up on my son and basically because he's overweight they didn't want to deal with it. I know that he had to work harder and he needed the coaches to support him but we felt no support whatsoever. We don't understand where all this came from and we are very offended. And we feel that because of my son's weight they didn't even give him the chance. My son used to go to superhero swim academy. They were the best it was pricey and honestly I couldn't afford it anymore because I lost my job. I came here referred by a friend of mine + I was really excited but now I am so beyond disappointed and can't believe how people could be so heartless. He's only a 6-year-old boy that's trying to stay active but obviously they didn't care about that. If I could do more I would. I do not recommend this place at all. They did not motivate my son at all and they gave up on him. If you are going to be working with children you have to have a passion and you have to have patience to work with them but I did not see that in this place and that is really sad. I hope that nobody ever gives up on any of their children and I know that my son is going to overcome this and he's going to be so good you will see it. My son is such a sweet boy. He's like any normal child.
This pool is an amazing place. Not only is the pool consistently the cleanest; it is also always the perfect temperature. The bathrooms have separate private changing areas and showers. There is plenty of parking. What really makes it special are the staff. Que and Crystal deserve recognition for their respect for the public but also their obvious pleasure in working with us. I highly recommend the water aerobics classes. Thank you City of Boynton for this fabulous facility and staff.
Family environment! Pool is well maintained and staff is very friendly.
Great pool Staff is very attentive Place is clean and family oriented. Bathrooms are spacious to change after swimming. You are allowed to bring snacks and drinks (no glass) but if you happen to forget they sell hot dog, drinks and snacks at a very affordable price. Definitely a place to come, enjoy your time at the pool and "splurge" with a hotdog combo without breaking the bank.
