I took my 2 and 4 year old children for a swimming lesson and had the most exceptional experience. Chelsea, who is at the check-in, is extremely friendly and always has a beautiful smile. The lifeguards are friendly and ensure everyone's safety. Both swimming instructors are super friendly and kind, the lady teaching skills are spot on. We had a wonderful experience at the YMCA, where everyone is friendly.

I recently joined the YMCA mainly to use the pool for lap swimming. The staff thAT I have meet are very accommodating and I see how they interact with all the adult classes and swim lessons and they are top notch! I do have to give a shout out to one particular person and that would be FRANK. I mentioned that I would like to be a lifeguard and he has been very helpful in my endeavor to becoming a lifeguard. Keep up the good work YMCA in our community and we'll see you in the pool.

The management of the pool and wellness center at the YMCA of the Palm Beaches has been lacking in overall effectiveness. There seems to be poor communication from the management team, and there are concerns that they are not prioritizing the well-being of both the members and the staff. This has contributed to a high turnover rate among staff, as many feel undervalued. It appears that there is a need for greater attention and support for the community and those who work there.

I have been using the YMCA for over 12 years now, my oldest son (12 years old) attended for Daycare, VPK, After care, swimming lessons spring break, summer camp. I always found the staff to be very helpful and family oriented. Now my youngest son (3 years old) has been attending for daycare. he loves his teacher "Ms. Tiffany", the Director "Tatiana" has always been very polite and quick to respond whenever we need something for our kids. I find the YMCA to be Great for my kids, I would recommend them and trust them with my kids 100%. Thank you.

In October of 2022 I went to go swimming at the YMCA. I paid with my ATM card. I only went once because of health reasons I didn't go back..fast forward to April of 2025 I went there yesterday to go swimming and was told I have been a member for the last 3 years, they had been taking 39.00 out of my checking account every month for 3 years I NEVER gave permission for them to do that. I ONLY went one time..so now I'm placed on hold to find out if YMCA will do the right thing and refund me my money that was taken fraduntly out of my account. I wonder how many others this is happening too. In a few weeks I will let you know what happens...
