The Route 66 Miami Splash Pad is a great park for children of all ages. My child enjoys visiting and playing here. We frequent here often and will be returning for future visits.
We dropped in for our first visit and were pleasantly surprised. The playscapes are inclusive of all levels/abilities, and there's a nice covered picnic area allowing plenty of shade for those not playing. Splashpad wasn't on for the season just yet, but it also looked well maintained. We can't wait to stop in to play pirates again in the near future!
The splash pad was great. The popcorn that releases water is a favorite . Clean restrooms. Play areas and a shade for parents
Everything seemed to work well and fine. Clean place and great place for kids and adults who might want to be a big kid.
We love this splash pad & park! The pirate ship/castle equipment is perfect for toddlers that like to go on the bigger equipment, as there are no places to just fall out towards the top (a problem we run into with a lot of other parks.) They also have a small playground for younger toddlers near the swings. This park was perfect for my kids because they love to run off and play independently but I can keep an eye on them from the shaded picnic area that is situated right in the middle of everything. I can’t wait for the outdoor classroom part to be completed. I really hope they finish fencing that side in before it opens, though. That road behind it is dangerous.
