Do not use this company! She said she needed money upfront for supplies and has never came to do anything. Has made promises to come numerous times and then doesn't show up. Then will not respond to calls. I was finally able to speak to a gentleman named Greg and they promised to come the next morning at 1030. At 9 I texted to make sure and received a text they were packing up the van to come. Again never showed up. Would not respond to any texts or calls. I have asked for my money back and she will not.

If I could rate this a negative 5, I would...absolute, hands down the worst, lying, no communication business I've ever encountered. Very quick to set up the pool cleaning time and take my $$. Supposed to be out Sat noonish, never showed up. Said twice they were on their way. Keri finally answered our call Sat night and apologized and said some problems with another client came up. I understand that, but a 20 second text to me would of been nice. Then promised first thing Sunday...shocking never showed up. Tjis time she said they were up and moving, vetting thing together and on their way. Texted my wife late Sunday night and again, promised first thing today. Ir's now 3:00 and no show again. Pleasrwad this review and the others that look similar to this one. If you hire this company, you WILL be sorry.

I have had several projects done by Singin Sands. Keri and her help have built a Pergola for me, put down patio block and installed fencing. I found them to be very professional and hard working getting the projects completed in a timely manner.

We were told they were running a bit late after 3PM. 4 hours later we received an update of 25 minutes away. The owner showed up over an HOUR after this 25 minute warning was texted. This is after sending half a payment. All our phone calls/texts were ignored. I confronted the owner about this through phone call at a later date and was told "do you expect me to update you ever 5 seconds?" She claims she was not given the chance to do the work, correct. I would no longer trust a company that does not stick to their word, especially from the owner of all people and as a first time customer. We denied the services considering being over 4 hours late and it nearly dark outside, not alloting enough time to complete the service. This company is not trustworthy and unprofessional. The owner will only argue when confronted with the issues (as proven within google reviews as well). The facts are simple: arrived over 4 hours late, did not show up at any alloted time frame given, didn't apologize for running late, ignored all calls when trying to get a ETA update/cancel service because at this point we are expecting no one to show up but as the owner stated to me on the phone "you know what they say about assuming, makes an a** out of you and me". I have never received such awful/unprofessional customer service. We have not been refunded any money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

We purchased a home with a pool that had not had anything done to it in a year and was looking like a swamp in the Louisiana bayou. We know nothing about pools. Been trying to get a different company out here for 2 weeks and I had to keep calling & they kept promising & never calling or showing up. I called Singin Sands & she said, “we are in your area, we can be there in 45 min” & they were. I was only expecting an assessment of what needed to be done but they did everything today! There were all sorts of issues with the pool and hot tub and they committed themselves and did everything in 4 hours the same day! They are so knowledgeable and so awesome! And very reasonable! So, so happy we called them! Highly recommended! Thank you Carry & Dave!
