What are people saying (AI review summary)? Customers generally find the park to be an awesome, fun, and affordable place, with some praising its cleanliness and the ability to bring in their own food and drinks, including coolers for a fee. The pool, especially the children's area, is noted as cozy. However, there are significant negative points, particularly concerning staff attitude, with multiple complaints about workers being scolding, unhelpful, and rude, especially regarding personal safety items like life jackets or during closing procedures. There's also an inconsistency or confusion regarding outside drink policies; while some appreciate bringing their own, others are frustrated by strict rules preventing even a cup of water, citing inconvenience for health issues, long concession lines, and high prices. Additionally, some guests are unhappy with specific restrictions, such as not being allowed to bring baby float boats.
Reviews
The pool itself is very cozy, especially the little ones' part. But what I'm not happy about at all is the workers' attitude. They scold you for everything, and with a very bad attitude, especially the girl in the orange blouse. They didn't agree with me putting on the life jacket that I brought for my daughter, but they weren't able to provide her with one either because they don't have enough for the clients who go there. And finally, when they told us to leave the pool because they were going to close, my daughter and I went into the bathroom to change our clothes and they treated us badly, saying that it was already closed and they didn't let me put on dry clothes.
I'd give 5 stars but it's very inconvenient as a person with health issues to not so much as be able to bring in a cup of water. I have to go out to my car to get a drink. The concession lines are so long and the prices are high. I'd love to just be able to bring water. Just water. If they ever change this policy I'll change my review. I come to the park to relax not overheat and go broke at concessions.
I love how clean it is and how we’re able to take food in and our own drinks
Awesome place great price had so much fun 10$ to bring a cooler not bad😉👌
We had such a blast! For only $3 bucks to get in per person we felt like it was extremely affordable. Only thing we didn’t like was that they told us we couldn’t bring in our baby float boat for our infant to ride in.
