The front desk staff was friendly and got us taken care of as nation wide visitors. We had a bad experience with an elderly patron that needs to learn manners and her language in front of my child was not impressive.

Friendly and helpful staff. Mainly used the pool and locker rooms. It was clean and well managed.

They won't do day passes and it doesn't say that on their phone directory. I tried to call before going there so I wouldn't waste my time but a human being answering the phone is too much to ask for. I just had a phone robot bringing me back to the main menu. YMCAs just keep getting worse and worse. And we wonder why garbage wellness companies like Planet Fitness are thriving right now. Offer a better product if you want to compete.

The Hudson Y is great. Most of the time everyone is friendly and approachable. Even when they look crabby they are still very helpful and friendly. The pool is nice and warm for kiddos, they have a ton of equipment. The lap pool can get kind of busy on some days. Other days it's pretty quiet. The GYM is kind of dark which is odd but not an issue.
