The Centre has a Great way to cool off and have fun doing it. Cold water outdoor showers on a hot day are so refreshing, especially after a 5k walk or run in July!

I would give 10 stars if I could. The manager Jeff always greets everyone so cheerfully and is a bright spot to my day each time I visit. The facilities are kept immaculately and a great representation of our small town amenities. He really helps to foster a sense of community with his friendliness and positive attitude. Way to go Jeff!

Had a birthday here as well as several visits to the pool for family swim. The staff have always been friendly. The place is clean and appears to be well maintained. Decent facilities for a small town. Also a great value for family swim, even if you are not a member.

Great people, always ready to be helpful. Life guard pool girls sure like to blow their whistles.. holy cow.. I accidentally went under a rope a few inches by the unopened slide; not knowing is was right behind me since I had chlorine burning my contacts and couldn't see outta my eyes for a few minutes.. just blowing that whistle as hard as she could til I could see thru my burning eyes why someone's goin postal on this annoying whistle..took me a minute but yep- it was for me as shes got this face like-DUH IT'S YOU!!. ....thought my 30some year old butt was going to prison lol. She probably was just having a bad day and let the deafening whistle take charge. Only negative experience though... Not bad. I really love this place. Everything they have to offer should be checked out at least every other month..ya never know what could happen for you or loved ones. Thank you.

Rude and condescending employees that give inconsistent information regarding party itinerary. Staff was extremely rude when we went in early to ask if we could see the room so we could have an idea on how to decorate it. We asked if we could come in early to decorate the room since it was not being used for anything or by anyone else for the remainder of the day. We were told, after some back and forth, that we could come in 15 minutes early to setup and decorate. This was basically the amount of time it took me to unload the car and carry the decorations through the twisting maze of that building. The whole party was rushed due to a myriad of issues that I place squarely on the staff of this establishment but the worst of it was that the inflatable bounce house for the kids was setup 20 minutes late and we were only allowed one hour to use it. By the time it was ready the kids only had around 20 minutes to jump in it. We were not given extra time and the lady at the front desk seemed unhinged and extremely unaccommodating when we spoke to her. No apology was given to me and we were not offered anything to make up for this error. The woman at the front desk is an utter failure at providing any level of reasonable customer service and lacks basic manners. She rude to her own staff on top of being rude to members of our party as well. Basically the whole time we were there it felt like they were rushing to get us out as soon as possible. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience and nearly ruined my son’s first birthday with their lack of hospitality. The contract we signed never stipulated the length of the party nor were we provided documentation in our signed paperwork about the duration of the party. We were told at the venue that we would be allowed to use the room until 5PM. Much to our surprise staff started taking away tables and folding chairs to put away an hour and a half before the time we were verbally told to vacate. A comment I heard staff tell a member of our party was that they close at 5:45PM so we need to be out of there at 4PM. This literally made no sense on any level especially when many people from our party stayed behind to clean the room we were in. This place should be absolutely embarrassed with the service they provide, the lack of basic kindness, and especially with how awful the woman at the front desk was due to how she treats her own staff as well as how she treats paying guests. 0/10 will never go back and will never recommend.
