Small water park with a restroom that's good for kids.
As a splash pad, Westwood Park Splash Pad typically uses unheated water supplied directly from the municipal system. Therefore, the water temperature is ambient and fluctuates with the outdoor air temperature, rather than being a controlled pool temperature.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? This is a small, well-maintained park featuring a splash pad that is very popular with children, particularly in the summer. It offers shaded benches for parents, a nearby bathroom, and is considered a safe, well-patrolled area. While generally clean and fun for kids, one section has non-functional equipment with exposed chains, which could be a safety concern.

I don't go there but my nephews love it in the summer. It's on a block a couple hundred feet from a school. Open to view from the entire neighborhood so you still keep an eye on your children from home. I feel it's a safe area, well patrolled by local police who park right by the school to catch speeders. In the hot summer days there's easily 20 kids running around and I never hear of problem children so it seem they all get along.
Great little splash pad with a school playground a hundred yards away. Nice shaded benches for Mom and Dad to watch the kids from. Bathroom right by the splash pad.
Small, but well maintained. Closer than other options for us, but nothing outstanding. A fun little spot for kids nonetheless.
Small but fun
Clean, mostly well-maintained park. There is an area that looks like it used to be functional equipment, but its not anymore and actually has several links of chain peeking out of the ground in a few spots which appears both unsafe and unsightly.
