What are people saying (AI review summary)? This recreational complex offers a well-regarded city pool and an adjacent dog park, making it a popular family destination. The pool is praised for its extensive amenities, including multiple pools, exciting water slides, a kiddie pool, a large playground, and picnic areas. Concession stands are available, and lifeguards are generally seen as numerous, attentive, and effective, though strict about swimwear (only swimsuit material allowed) for pH balance. While many appreciate the clean water and comfortable temperature, some noted concerns regarding pool cleanliness and loud/inappropriate music. The entry fee, ranging from $8-$10 per person, is considered pricey by some but often justified by the array of features. The accompanying dog park is highly rated for its cleanliness, ample space, and amenities for pets.

An Awesome place for young and old!! Great for the Family. Has a snack area on the inside if you want something to drink or munch on and cool off. There's also a playground on the other side with a picnic area. There are covered picnic areas beside the pool. Reasonable Price!!
Love this dog park. Never full, always clean, two watering sources, clean up bags supplied, tons of tennis balls. The park has adequate space for large and small dogs. Also in the same lot as the city pool, a kids park. Let's the kids play, dog too. Only thing missing is agility of some kind, even if it's a small one. Otherwise, perfect little park!
Best city pool for the public to go to in Baldwin County. They got so much more amenities than any other town in this county. Daily fee was $8 per person which is pricey compared to $3 at the other public swimming pools however the water features such as the awesome water slides, kiddie pool area, huge pool, concession stand that serves pizza, and a huge playground makes up for the additional cost you pay. Pool stays open until 6pm and we went on the 4th of July. Plenty of people were there but we easily found us a place to sit and lay out when not in the pool swimming. My 7 year old loved it especially the slides. Yes lifeguards are strict but in a good way. They were flexible enough for all to enjoy. One thing that I did notice was that they don't allow t-shirts, sports bras, or shorts in the pool stating PH levels must stay balanced and only swimsuit material is allowed. I know many who wear shirts or have shorts they put over their suits so I do recommend making sure your group has on the proper attire so that no one gets told they can't swim. The water was clean and temperature was just right. They had about 5 or 6 lifeguards stationed throughout and were on a rotation basis. Will go again soon!
It was ok. The lifeguards are amazing. Music was inappropriate for kids and extremely too loud. Pool was dirty.
Nice pool for families and kids to enjoy. There are multiple pools and slides as well as concessions. Entry for an adult is $10 which is a bit high for a city pool but not many options when you are in a small area unless you choose to drive further to save a few dollars if you can even call it saving at that point. Worth visiting if in the area and want to swim or just get out of the heat. The water wasn’t too cold either which was nice not to have to worry about going into shock from the extreme temperature difference
