I stayed here Saturday night 8/30/25 as I was passing through and super tired. I needed something that wouldn’t be too expensive but safe and clean to stay and found stay express. The hotel lobby was very nice and tidy. The two young ladies at the desk were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and the water was hot. The area is close to interstate and close to other amenities like gas stations, shopping and food. They offer breakfast with multiple options and way more than just donuts and cereal like so many other places I have been. They also have a pool that was really nice and clean although I didn’t swim. I will definitely be staying here anytime I am in mobile. If you want a clean place to rest, relax, feel safe and have staff that care this is definitely the place to go.. I did stay once a few years ago before the new name and what I was told is new owners took over and they are doing great at making it an even better place. Give them a try if you are in the area.

Me and my husband book here for a little mental reset every couple of months. They took over the La Quinta Inn so new owners! But anyways, we checked in, she’s very welcoming and nice as always as she knows us very well now! We get to our room and it smells amazing and freshly cleaned, pool was closed due to something being broken. It was the second time we’ve came and it was closed. The rooms definitely need some refurbishing such as a new couch. The couch was hard and stained, our fridge took forever to get cold. We had one roach in our room, the previous people who had the room had hidden a Reese’s wrapper behind the beside table. But we stayed two nights and never saw another roach. The breakfast was okay, we always loved the biscuits and they didn’t have any. I hope they do bring them back. Our tv was slanted so we had to get someone to fix it, I think was the new owner. He came and fixed it with no problems and the next day gave us fresh towels. Overall, this hotel is our go to and we look forward to more renovations and hopefully refurbishing the rooms!

Very nice room, only complaint was the exit door at the end of the hall squeaked and slammed all night.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It is very clean, great staff, and has an amazing pool. Defenitly will be back.

Great Service and Amenities at a low cost. Very nice Hotel. Pool was clean and great breakfast.
