About

Outdoor facility with a swimming pool that's good for diving.

Specific, consistently published pool temperatures for the Blissfield Aquatic Center are generally not made available. As an outdoor facility, the pool water temperature typically relies on natural warming from the sun and ambient weather conditions during its summer operating season. Explicit heating systems or target temperature ranges are not commonly advertised.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? This is a popular, clean community pool with various amenities including a snack bar, slide, diving board, and ample seating. Staff, especially lifeguards, are described as young, friendly, and encouraging, particularly during swim tests. While the pool temperature can be chilly for some adults, kids generally enjoy it. It offers swim lessons and is currently free, making it a favorite family spot, though it can get crowded. A significant issue reported was inaccurate hours posted online, leading to early closures and frustration among patrons who felt they were overcharged for short swim times, compounded by unhelpful staff responses.

The pool is open for plenty of time, there's a snack bar, a slide, a diving board, and tables so you can set your things down. The pool labels each part of the pool, so you know how deep each part is. Be careful, there is a 9 feet end!

Very clean. Pool temp was chilly to me but I'm old! Kids didn't think so. Staff is very young and so friendly! The lifeguards were so encouraging to my kids during the swim test. They even tried to encourage my kids to face their fears of the diving board and slide. 😁 Lots of lounge chairs and a few tables with umbrellas. Closes from 3-4 for sanitizing.

It was my first time here and it’s really nice. But this Facebook post did not correctly reflect their hours of operation. I came around 5:15 on 9/1 and according to this post they should have been open until 8pm, but the guards shut it down at 6pm. There were some people that came as late as 5:30pm. Way to be ripped out of $16 for less than 30min of swim, since we also stopped at the concession stand. Many other patrons were also upset and even expressed it with the staff and it ended in the staff essentially saying we are right and you are wrong. Going to dispute, since I also have the Facebook post saved that says they should have been open until 8pm.

My daughters new favorite summer spot! It’s absolutely perfect! Not huge like rolling hills. It’s just a large outdoor pool for the community. It can get very busy and a bit crowded but that’s bc it’s a great time! They offer swim lessons before they open through out the week in the summer. I believe they open at 2.
