The fact that your gym does not open and guests do not have access until 9 am is the issue with the service. All other services were great. For individuals that work and need early access to workout is vital in order for your hotel to be more successful. Although all other services were great, I will seek out an alternative in the future because of the restricted access to the gym. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

Never stayed at the hotel but being a ding ding machine only casino it’s pretty sweet. After your first trip, you’ll have some reward points to have free play for your next trip and they aren’t stingy with them either. Also they give out a lot of reward points for free food as well and you’ll probably receive that on your first visit once you make an account. If you want to just go have fun at a casino then you should definitely check this place out.

My recent stay at Wind Creek Wetumpka was absolutely fabulous from beginning to end. The service was exceptional—especially at the Fire restaurant, where our bartender was not only professional but also one step ahead of every need. Dinner service was top-notch and truly memorable. The next morning, we enjoyed an amazing breakfast, and I have to give special thanks to Stacy, our host, who went out of her way to bring me fresh-made bakery cream for my French toast. That thoughtful touch meant a lot and made the morning extra special. We also had a wonderful time at the pool, where staff were prompt, friendly, and made sure our drinks were delivered quickly and with a smile. Every detail of the visit—from the dining to the hospitality—reflected a commitment to quality and care. I highly recommend the Wetumpka location and will absolutely be returning. We got a great parking spot. We were checked in promptly and courteously. Our room was clean and close to the elevator as we had requested due to my husband's recent knee replacement surgery and his problems with mobility. We ate at Fire Steakhouse which is always a treat. They even had entertainment which was a pleasant surprise. We won 3 hand-paid jackpots. We will be returning.

I had a wonderful stay. The best birthday, ever the room was immaculate. Miss Azaleen Shanks does a fantastic job taking care of the 17th floor. The rooms were spotless and smelled delicious,the view was fabulous. She was extremely nice and accommodating every time we met. Room service was excellent, the food court had many delicious options from which to choose. I haven't been home but 2 days and I'm going back to wetumpka tomorrow.
