I knew this would be a big job, but they took care of everything! Dennis made it very easy from the start when he came for the estimate and gave me options and costs for each type of pool and options. He even brought up ideas that I never thought (thankfully). It was all very low pressure and he never tried to push or upsell anything. It made the whole project quite fun, as it should be. Throughout the project he was always very quick to respond to any questions. Even the ones that may seem a little silly from those of us that have never seen a pool installed or owned on in the past. Just to clarify for anyone who may be wondering if I got something for saying this...the answer is no. I didn't receive a discount or upgrade. Coastal Property Renovations was recommended to me by the contractor working on my house. So if you're putting in a pool I'd definitely give them a shot. The pictures attached are at night mainly because I'm redoing the landscaping and I didn't want to detract from the awesome pool. Everything you see was done by Coastal Property Renovations including the pool, patio, retention wall, and lighting.
