This business installed my pool. No complaints. It was $10,000 plus to replace the liner. The liner was not installed properly and pulled from the wall where it was not attached. After the first year. I was told it was not warranteed. It is torn in multiple places now. Less than two years out it is unusable. I will never do business with these people again if I can't be sure it is going to be installed properly. Buyer beware. The liner is too small but was installed anyhow. They might want to come look before I hire the attorney. It has a dirt bottom. By standards it should have a two mm membrane between the soil and liner. I trusted these people until the liner was replaced. Telling me they'd charge me to fix the liner was the end of our relationship. Our original liner lasted well over 12 years. I'm pissed.

They took money from a disabled vet, my dad, who wanted his autistic grandson to be able to swim when he visits, botched the install of the pool liner. Installed the wrong size pool liner. When my parents brought it up to them, they said it would stretch. It did not, it tore. Then, they lied and said that the liner wasn't warantied for that. Then, when caught in that lie they have the nerve to demand more money to fix the consequences of their mistakes. They stole money from a disabled vet and stole joy from an autistic little boy.

This store is AMAZING!! THANK YOU Amanda for all your help and patients with us. Our first pool has been an adventure without your help I don't know where we'd be. They installed a new liner in my father's pool and did and awesome job. The employees knew exactly what they were doing and completed the job in a timely manner. In store service is great. Ms. Sue went through and showed us how to test the pool water and also what we needed to do to get the pool ready for use again since there is new water and liner in place now. You couldn't ask for better service/knowledge from a company. We will be recommended them to anyone that needs pool service. Thanks again guys for a job well done.

I have been a customer for 18 years, they have always been professional, punctual, kind and a pleasure to work with. Everyone in the store is knowledgeable and ready to help, no matter what the issue. They have replaced my liner, pump, chlorination system, and will even trouble shoot over the phone when needed. A great local business!
