We stumbled upon this place on Groupon and we’re so glad we did, although we just book from their own website now. It’s become our go to place every year. We have three kids ages 13 7 and 4 and they all love it here. There so much to do and you don’t even have to leave the resort. It’s also conveniently located near several grocery stores and restaurants. They’re always updating as well so chances are you’ll experience something new almost every time! Plenty of food and fun!

Compared to Wolf Lodge, the stay here was unpleasant. The rooms are in a desperate need of a renovation. They have clearly never been updated. Everything looks ancient. They did not provide any body wash which I thought was odd. We only got tiny tubes of lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The toilet had urine on it when we first entered, and it was leaking... so gross. The bed sheet had a blood stain on it. This proves that they do not clean or sanitize their rooms thoroughly. The only reason I have it 2 stars was the waterpark itself. The 3 waterparks combined add a lot more variety than Wolf Lodge. The water was cool, which was so nice on a hot summer day! The life guards were very attentive and the place was mostly clean.

Amazing! We had a great time at Wilderness at the smokies. The villas were 10 out if 10. Very beautiful. The drunks at the bar were great too. Customer service was top tier! Can't wait to return.

Exceptional Staff & Thoughtful Care This was our family’s first stay at the resort and visit to the water park. While waiting in line for the water slide, I experienced a sudden heat-related reaction — dizziness, weakness, and loss of balance. It was scary and unexpected. The staff responded immediately and with such professionalism and care. They brought me to a cooler, shaded area, provided electrolyte drinks, monitored my condition, and stayed with me until I felt better. What touched me most was their kindness — they were calm, respectful, and incredibly patient, even though the situation could have felt embarrassing. Thanks to their support, I was able to recover in a safe and reassuring environment. We are truly grateful for how the team handled everything. Despite the unexpected event, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. This experience showed us that the staff here are not only professional, but genuinely compassionate.
