What a great place, I moved to ML and brought my Hot tub with me. Pump one went out, they worked with my warranty department got a new pump and installed it. The repair guy was great very professional and did an out standing job. If I am buying another later I will definitely be shopping here!

These guys are legit, always working with us. Got the new liner installed last year. Glad to have them in tiwn. Often water test and never upsells us. Honest hard working people.

A few years ago we bought a house that came with a vinyl lined pool. It was not in the best of shape, but it did its job in entertaining our kids during the summer months. Over the next few years Hot Springs Spa and Leisure helped me keep things running as best I could with as low a budget as possible. They even let me tag along with their technicians in the fall while they closed the pool for the winter so I could learn how to do it myself and save money in the future. After eight years of limping it along, though, the liner finally failed last winter. When I opened it up, most of the water was gone. After getting quotes from everyone in Eastern Washington, Hot Springs Spa and Leisure not only came up with the lowest price, they also were able to offer a thicker, more durable new liner. I’m always leery of the lowest offer, afraid that there must be some catch, but I decided to go with them anyway. I’m really glad that I did. The day after I made a down payment they were in my back yard taking measurements and getting the exact replacement that I needed. They even took the time to fully investigate why the pool failed and made the corrections that were needed to keep it from happening the same way this time. They did all of that without adding a single dime to the original quote. Now I have a beautiful, leak-free pool! (Did I mention that I used to have to put about 8 inches in it a week during the summer months?). My family is so excited!

The service department needs to work on their customer service skills. I called to get general information about hot tub replacement parts. You would think that I asked the girl on the phone to sacrifice her first born child. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that is no excuse for her to ruin someone else’s day. Maybe put someone else on phone duty. Yikes!

Extensive Research and I finally decided to Purchase a Blazeking Catalyst Wood Stove From Hot Springs Spas & Leisure in Moses Lake.... Best Decision I made in years. They arrived with all the tools needed for the job! Especially after they noticed I added metal corrugated metal on the ceiling which they had to cut out. Did a spectacular Job! And did it in about 3 hours! Sometimes it's best to pay $$$ for Quality and detailed work. Less stress for me trying to do it myself. SO PLEASED!!!! Highly Recommend these guys.
