Kids had a blast! Great on a hot day but a bit expensive. There is also a great park right outside the fence that's free.

We love this pool. Even during the busiest times we were there, there was plenty of room to enjoy the water. Diving boards and a slide are in the deepest end, and the area is kept clear by lifeguards at all times (dive in, then swim to ladder and exit immediately). For parents with small children, the shallow end is the highlight here, which features a gentle slope into the 3 foot depth of that section (the same way the beach gently slopes into the ocean). This side also has a few little fountain elements and one large tree in the middle that lets out something like 8 or 12 waterfalls in a circle around it from 8 feet above the water or so. A small snack bar is open during the day, with chips, drinks, and Popsicles. Locker rooms are nothing special, but they get the job done and are clean, if not modern or polished. There's probably about 20 lounge chairs, and a half dozen or so picnic tables. Downsides are few and fairly minor - umbrellas for the tables are often broken by the last few weeks of the season, so might not be available. Rules aren't super strict, so if there's a lot of middle schoolers, expect to get hit by stray squirtgun fire, which may upset smaller children especially. I've never needed them, but signage indicates flotation vests are available on request.

Would totally be 5 stars except they have the WORST HOURS ever. If you're a parent who works full time, especially on weekends, it's hard to go at all. They are closed during prime swimming time 3-5

Nice municipal park. Well maintained. Good safe playground. Picnic pavilions available for rent. Good maintained 1 mile walking/biking track. Main part of town accessible by walking. Access to Elking - Allangany old railway trail. Access to the "Over the Montain Victory" Trail.Trails are part of the Mountains To Sea Trail.

Always clean,nice small concession stand for drinks and snacks and no riff raff tolerated like some big city pools where people act like. . Dressing room and restroom need updated but that the only negative item.
