The staff is very pleasant and the locker rooms are clean. They don't let too many people in the main pool so you always have plenty of space. I've been twice this past winter and really enjoyed both trips. I was able to bring my 8-year-old daughter on the weekend and she loved it as well. Their Italian sodas are some of the best I've had anywhere and their cocktails are well prepared.

5 stars all the way around for The Springs. This is a luxurious, carefully curated experience. The facilities and water are impeccably clean and the service is perceptive and intentional without being overbearing. For a fantastic, renewing and rejuvenating date - book a private tub, order the Mediterranean plate, and after take a walk or hike on one of the many trails surrounding Idaho City or Lucky Peak. It only takes 40 minutes in the water for us to feel completely reborn in mind, body and spirit. The Springs is a special place and the owners care a whole lot about it, that’s apparent. Keep up for the great work!

I used the hot springs, it was very relaxing, water temperature was perfect. There is 1 hot tub hotter than the main pool, that was great. We paid 62 dollars for 2 of us. Over all, it was a great experience. Outdoor weather was nice and chilly for hot springs enjoyment. Staff were friendly

What a wonderfully pleasant experience! We went on a Sunday afternoon so there were families there but the amount of people was not overwhelming or crowded feeling at all. Love that there are two different temperatures to try out. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend this enough!

This may have been the worst customer service ever given to me. My husband and I called last week because we have tokens. We were told over the phone that we could still use those tokens, even for a private tub. My husband booked a private tub, and we get there and they said we couldn’t use the tokens for the private tub but could use them for the large pool. We then tell them we were told we could use them. The ladies working at the reception tell us we can pay for the private tub and then use the tokens to soak more in the large pool afterwards. We said that we would like to use our tokens for the private pool due to being told that over the phone, they then tell us if we want to use the tokens for the big pool we can but we have to still pay for the private pool because of their cancellation policy. They end up letting us cancel the private pool and just go into the large one. So there was that but only after going back and forth and being met with rude, short responses. I understand mis communication happens sometimes, but the way they handled it was unprofessional. So we just go soak in the large pool, we ordered some snacks and then less than an hour later we are told we have to go because the time is up. They never told us the soak time we were entering was almost over. If we had known we would have waited till the next time slot. Even through expressing our concern we were met with short, vague responses and no real effort from either of these employees to correct the mistake on their end. We did get our tokens back, only from asking for them and being more firm about our experience. Completely disappointing experience and I do not recommend going here if you wanna pay outrageous prices, that don’t match the quality of service. Go take a hike and find a natural hot springs, better views and you will have a much better time.
