The only thing nice I can say is the beds appear to be clean. Hotel and rooms are very old. Need alot of updates. Toilet seat was broken. No security for outside doors. Anybody can just walk in. Website says breakfast included. This is false. Went down at 8am for some food and they are only serving coffee. Absolutely Nothing else. No fruit or bagels, etc. Hallways have a musty stench. Windows are dirty. Kids swam in pool, which was freezing, and I had to scoop leaves out of it. Went to find the guest laundry, which after searching all over finally asked the front desk and its in lower level. No signs.. We were told there were only 2 rooms left when we made reservations. Parking lot had about 6 cars... we found this interesting. Pretty sure the lower level has some permanent guest staying..... if I could have found another place to stay I would of left. I would not recommend for families.

Rooms are nice but the fixtures are outdated for sure they really need to clean and replace the bathroom fixtures who wants to use a whirlpool tub with corded jets and faucet. And grout in shower stall that looks like it haven't been cleaned in years. According to the site and check in breakfast is included. There wasn't any The door lock key system is horrible multiple attempts for everyone to get it to work they look 30 years old the brass is so dirty and worn down looking Other then that was very nice for the price and in general everything else was very clean worked well Staff was very friendly and polite

Granted the outside was alittle cleaner than the place we first made our reservation... it was not the cleanest inside. Now im not very picky but we got a jacuzzi room and it was gross! Trash under the chair from previous ppl. Used tissue behind the bed. A layer of dust behind the furniture. Dirt and hair in the tub!!! The ppl you call to make reservations are not on site! And any issues you have they ask you to please call the number.. not good! Lady was rude at the desk, they charge 25$ for a hour late checkout! The only good thing was the very large outdoor pool, but it also was dirty so i had to clean it before my family could swim. Apparently they dont have anyone to clean it! Not a happy customer after spending 200 for a room. Also no masks after being mandated. I understand somethings are missed and we are having a hard times during this pandemic.. they they dont do there job, and we will not be back! Not for that price!!

I would have loved to describe my stay, however we were told at check in that we didn't even have a reservation (despite a confirmation number, several emails and a credit card charge). Informed the woman at front desk that we had a confirmation number and a credit card charge. She told us that we had to take it up with the third party we booked with, but something smells here and it's not the continental breakfast. She's read from this script before and been taught how to gaslight the victims of her employers fraud. **Currently on the phone with said "third party" and they say we checked in and stayed in the room, and therefore are not eligible for a refund. Again we NEVER CHECKED IN. Now, the person on the phone is saying "I'm sorry I can't hear you now." Well isn't that convenient!**

dirty room, faulty jacuzzi, no security on outside doors musty smell throughout entire hotel. charged a no show fee equal to our nightly rate despite the fact that we stayed at the hotel. getting a refund has proven to be impossible
