About

Greenleaf State Park Splash Pad, located on Unnamed Road in Muskogee, OK, is a popular seasonal water attraction within Greenleaf State Park. It offers a fun and refreshing experience for children and families, featuring various water jets, sprayers, and interactive elements designed for safe play. It's an ideal spot to cool off during warm weather and enjoy outdoor recreation as part of a state park visit.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews indicate that the splash pad and swimming area are generally enjoyed by families, particularly grandkids, offering a fun and affordable experience with a sandy beach and gradual depth in the swimming area. However, there are significant criticisms regarding newly implemented rules and fees. Visitors, including campers, express frustration over having to pay additional entry fees and encountering staff described as rude. A major point of contention is the new 'no food/drinks' rule within the splash pad area, which is seen as impractical for kids and inconsistent, especially since concessions are sold but cannot be consumed inside the same area. There are also complaints about a ban on outside water bottles, forcing purchases from onsite shacks.

We brought the grandkids to the splash pad and they had a great time. A few days ago we took them to the swimming area. The swimming beach is sand with very gradual depth change.

The splash pad itself is great!! 5 stars However, they just implemented a no food/ no drinks rule in the splash pad area!!! That is a bit ridiculous for a kids area!!! Kids eat and drink all afternoon. Now you have to go outside the fence to eat or drink. To boot, they even sell concessions at the splash pad, and even those can’t be consumed inside the splash pad area.

We were camping here and still had to pay to get in. The lady who worked was rude and had a ton of rules. No outside water bottles! We had to buy water from the shack. It was a nice facility but if we are already paying to camp then we should get in for free. No wonder they haven't won camp of the year in quite a while.
