About

Family-friendly recreation spot featuring several pools and waterslides of varying sizes.

Outdoor aquatic facilities typically maintain water temperatures within a comfortable range for swimmers during operational hours.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? The Broken Arrow pool receives highly mixed reviews. Positive aspects include reasonable admission costs (though some experiences vary greatly), comfortable new lounge chairs, multiple slides for all ages, separate areas for smaller children, focused lifeguards, and nearby amenities like a skate park and basketball courts. However, numerous significant frustrations and negative experiences are reported. Frequent pool closures due to 'accidents' (e.g., vomiting) are a common complaint, making it difficult to plan visits. Other issues involve inconsistent enforcement of rules regarding floaties, goggles, and attire (e.g., being sold a ticket while wearing jeans, then denied entry to the pool). Staff encounters include issues with correct change not being returned. Safety concerns were also raised, with one visitor reporting feeling harassed when alone and unable to enter the water. Another severe complaint details an incident where a family felt discriminated against by Broken Arrow PD, who searched their bags without cause, leading to a vow never to return to the pool or the town. Visitors are strongly advised to check online and call before visiting due to these inconsistencies and potential closures.

This Broken Arrow pool is a nice place to visit. We went on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn’t too crowded. The $5 admission price was very reasonable. They have new updated lounge chairs that were comfortable. We tried to go on Tuesday but they were closed because of someone vomiting in the pool. That is the most frustrating thing about this pool because it’s hard to plan on going swimming here. The last few years we stopped trying to visit here because of accidents happening in the pool so often. I know the facility can’t control this but it’s so disappointing/frustrating for the kids and families. Definitely check online and call before visiting. If you do visit, they have 4 slides in the big pool area & 2 other areas for smaller kids. They have a concession area for snacks. The lifeguards appeared very focused. A kid-rating of 9/10 for slides. There is a skate park, basketball courts, tennis courts and kids play area near the pool.

I couldn't swim or feel safe with my bags under my chair by myself here with the same guys harassing me. Other times when I had several people with me it seemed safe. Especially by the Big Pool Slides. Today was the 1st time by the shallow area and maybe it attracted all the shallow fellows. Wish I could have felt comfortable enough to get into the water after paying for entrance fee several hours before hand.

If there was a zero it would definitely be a zero. Started bad from the start cost 30 to get in gave the girl at the window 40and she acted like I wasn't owed back any change. Had to ask for my change back. Don't bother trying to bring any floaty even the little arm floaties they wouldn't allow. Then trying to swim and have a good time then they wasn't letting my kids wear goggles to go down the slide cool if it's a rule they won't wear them, but tell me why other kids was getting to wear them going down face first and everything. Then gets even better kids are wanting to go down the slide one more time before we leave so we are getting our pool bags gathered up dry in one bag wet in another we get to the slide I'm recording my wife and kids go down the slide, when Broken Arrow PD is tapping me on the shoulder pulling me and the wife to the side saying we looked suspicious packing up because we put our bags behind the chairs while we wasn't at our chairs. Because I'm sorry but I'm not leaving my wallet and wife's purse in the open for anyone to just snag up. That has all our money and License and everything. So there they are dumping out our bags and stuff right there and tried telling us y'all's not in trouble. Then why are y'all here dumping our stuff out thinking we have drugs and guns on us. It's sad a family can't even go out and have a nice time as a family without someone trying to ruin it. Just because we aren't from Broken Arrow doesn't mean to discriminate against us because we don't trust your community to keep our wallets out in the open. Just know it's not just this pool we will never be back to but the town of BROKEN ARROW for anything.Shopping, family fun time, nothing.
