Great gym. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If you dont know what you're doing they'll give you a list of machines to use and what areas those target, and will show you where they are. They are also wheelchair friendly, which is the only reason I'm able to go there since im a wheelchair user.

Best overlooked secret! This place is amazing. There are multiple places to workout, an indoor track, open courts, a pool, and so many more wonderful things. The staff is amazing and the price is right.

I'm planning on getting a membership here it's only $30 for community members and the place has lots of space and facilities as well as a swimming pool. After a long hiatus of the gym, I decided to get a week-long membership for $11 to see if I would start going there consistently. Well I have been and I think not only am I get the membership again but I'm going to start taking the Jiu-Jitsu classes. Had I remembered my gym bag I probably would have changed in the men's locker room and entered as a man and exited as a Wuman!

Adequate weightlifting area but on the smaller side. Two full-size basketball courts. Great place to find a pickup game. There is also a outside concrete basketball court and sand volleyball court with lights.

This place has a HUGE pool, with the coolest inflatable obstacle course in it for you to play on, and probably has something to do wiith the swimming lessons they have there as well. Its indoor, and goes from 4ft all the way to 11 feet, with lines on the bottom for excercise, and practicing. There is a large womens dressing room complete with bathroom stalls, shower stalls, and changing area wiith lockers and they have locks you can rent for 5 dollars a day also. When my son and I go and also take his friend, its only a 5 dollar fee. There is also 2 full sized indoor basketball courts amongst many other things available to paying customers. I love it here. Oh theres always a lifeguard on duty too.
