We loved our stay at Great Wolf Lodge Naples! Traveling with a child in a wheelchair and on the autism spectrum can be challenging, but this resort truly made things easier. They provide waterproof wheelchairs so everyone can enjoy the water park, and the zero-entry pools and water play areas were perfect for my daughter. The sensory guide was another thoughtful touch that helped us plan our visit around her needs. Dining was another big win—chefs personally came out to talk through our dietary restrictions and make sure meals were safe. Our accessible room was spacious and comfortable, which made the entire trip stress-free. It meant so much to us to be able to focus on having fun as a family. (Disclosure: My visit was hosted as part of my work as a travel writer, however this is a honest review that reflects our genuine personal experience.)
From the moment we arrived at Great Wolf Lodge Naples, we were blown away by the warm welcome and genuine kindness of the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. You can tell they truly love what they do — their energy and friendliness created such a positive atmosphere the entire time. Our toddlers were in pure heaven. The water park was perfectly designed for little ones — safe, clean, and full of exciting activities that kept them smiling from morning until bedtime. Between the splash areas, toddler-friendly slides, and all the interactive play zones, they never wanted to leave! The resort itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and so thoughtfully laid out. We loved the family-focused details — everything felt designed with parents and kids in mind. The food options were fantastic, the entertainment was non-stop, and every corner of the lodge had something magical to discover. If you want a place where your children will laugh, play, and create unforgettable memories while you relax and enjoy the fun right alongside them, this is it. Great Wolf Lodge Naples is hands down the BEST family getaway we’ve ever experienced. We cannot wait to come back! The Manager AL and his staff are the best
Our family's highly anticipated trip to Great Wolf Lodge was profoundly disappointing. While the resort's concept is fantastic and the attractions themselves are exciting, the entire experience was completely undermined by a shockingly unprofessional, immature, and poorly managed staff. It's evident that a vast majority of the employees are far too young and inexperienced for their roles, lacking the necessary training and supervision. The issues we faced went beyond simple inconvenience; they represented serious breaches of safety, hygiene, and basic customer service: * **Unsanitary & Hazardous Conditions:** My **4-year-old child picked up a used period pad in the water slide landing zone**. Instead of responding with urgency and concern, a group of young employees laughed and made jokes about the situation. This is utterly unacceptable. Furthermore, we saw a used band-aid floating in the pool the next day, indicating a consistent neglect for hygiene. * **Total Apathy:** When my daughter spilled a drink in a main walkway, creating a dangerous slipping hazard, I had to tell **three different employees**. Each one responded with a look of disgust and did absolutely nothing to mitigate the hazard or call for a cleanup. * **Lifeguard Negligence (Extremely Alarming):** The most upsetting incident involved two brothers where the older one forcefully pushed the younger one into the lazy river. The younger child was crying hysterically and was clearly in distress. The lifeguard on duty **literally turned his back and ignored the situation completely.** To make matters worse, all 3-4 lifeguards were permitting reckless and aggressive horseplay in the lazy river, making it an unsafe and unpleasant environment for other families, older guests, and young children. They treated their critical safety role as a joke. Additionally, our room's A/C was broken, leaving us in **79-degree heat overnight.** It took **three separate complaints over a full 24-hour period** to get it fixed after initially being dismissed with a excuse about a "sensor." The few employees who were professional and helpful were notable only because they were the rare exception. There appears to be zero security and a complete lack of active management presence on the floor to enforce standards or guide this young workforce. **Conclusion:** Great Wolf Lodge has incredible potential, but it is currently failing its guests. We left feeling frustrated and concerned for the safety of others. Management needs to immediately invest in: 1. **Rigorous staff training** on safety protocols, hygiene, and professional conduct. 2. **Active, adult supervision** across all areas of the resort. 3. **Empowering employees to take ownership** of problems and act with urgency. Until they make serious changes to their staffing and management model, I cannot recommend this resort to any family. The risks and frustrations simply aren't worth the price.
Our family's stay was made memorable by Nathalia's excellent costumer service skills. We actually saw her at the water park on various occasions during our stay on September 7 -8, 2025, and her positive attitude and warm smile made us feel welcomed. She remembered us and greeted us with a friendly disposition each time! We also saw her display excellent interpersonal skills during an incident in which a customer was frustrated because they wanted their child to be allowed on a ride where he did not meet the height requirement. She handled the situation with grace and professionalism. I am looking forward to seeing Nathalia's professional growth within Great Wolf Lodge in our future visits. She is an amazing asset to the company, and demonstrates a professionalism and customer service skills much beyond her years. Thank you, Nathalia, for making our stay so pleasant and special. We wish you much success in all of your future endeavours. Kind Regards, Susana
We recently stayed at Great Wolf Lodge for one night, and it was absolutely wonderful. My kids had the time of their lives—there is so much to do, and they were entertained from the moment we arrived until we left. Every part of the resort was super clean, and the amenities were top-notch. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely caring. It’s honestly some of the best service I’ve experienced in a very long time. It made the trip feel even more special. This is definitely a place we would return to again and again!
