I had a serious problem when a plant was dropped into the pool a large plant needless to say dirt and debris everywhere. I would like to say icon came out the next day got everything vacuumed up is took care of the pH balance in the pool. I cannot say enough good things about Kaylee and Evan. They took great care of me and I would not recommend anybody else. As far as I’m concerned, they take care of their clients.

I used Icon to maintain my pool for 6 months while I was away. Total mistake. I honestly don't think they did any cleaning. All the photos of the filter where just staged. They asked for repairs that didn't need to be done. Huge waste of money- I don't know how it could have been a worse experience. Walked in to a green pool and had to email constantly to get it fixed. Unorganized and horrible communication. I get it- its 2022 and pool tech employees are hard to come by, but for $130 a month you at least expect some level of professionalism and work being done. Edit: ICON POOL CARE: FYI Instead of bickering with customers you should look inward and figure out how you can improve your business. Your recent 5 in a row 1 star reviews should be a clue you need to change something.

Alan and his team were fabulous in renovating my pool and getting it completed before I went north. They were attentive to detail and very knowledgeable and informative every step of the way.

Alan and team have done a great job for us. They are taking great care of our pool, have fixed some big problems with our heater, and now are fixing our lights. They are super responsive, which is a big change from the last company we worked with. We’ve been very happy with everything they’ve done for us.

Icon pools has done a wonderful job since replacing my prior pool company. They are quick to respond to issues and the owner has even responded to my issues on weekends and holidays when pool is causing a problem. Alan cares about his customers. That’s means something to me and I encourage you to give them a try.
