Female driver of one of their work vehicles almost ran myself and several other drivers off the road pulling into River Hall Elementary School just now. Very aggressive driving, speeding & cursing in rearview mirror. Not very professional.

Not very professional when dealing with the public. Doesnt treat employees professionally and do not disclose their policies to their staff. They charge their employees mileage each week and they cover 2 counties. Only making 17 an hour and driving over 350 miles a week takes a hefty chunk out of ones pay and this company is not BBB accredited.

Vandi and the team have been great! Really appreciate them going above and beyond to repair my pool pump and are always quick to remedy any concerns with my pool.

This company is trash. They treat their employees horribly, they do not want to pay them, and as a result, the employees do not do a good job. They will deduct from their check for even breathing, if anything happens to them on the job (they get hurt or something breaks) they will use it as a means to not pay them. This is 2022, America does not have slaves anymore, and your customers should be REPORTING YOU TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR BEING A SCUMMY, sub PAR COMPANY. You should get all of your licenses taken away for not only being terrible people, but providing the WORST TRAINING AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

I've been with Paradise Pools for over 20 years. Rick the owner is very professional and honest. We just adore Vandi in the office and her great customer service. I highly recommend this company.
