What are people saying (AI review summary)? T2 Aquatics receives mixed reviews. Positive feedback highlights a successful summer camp for children, where kids make friends, stay active, and benefit from thoughtful, supportive, and caring coaches. Visiting swimmers and their parents also appreciate the hospitality and the positive impact on their children's swimming skills. However, there are significant criticisms, particularly from experienced adult swimmers, regarding disorganization, infrequent coach presence, high monthly fees for services perceived as basic, inconvenient practice times, and rude staff (specifically mentioning Coach Joanie). Complaints also include abrupt enforcement of USMS membership rules, an inflexible 3-month payment policy with no refunds, and unprofessional communication, leading some to find better, more professional alternatives.

T2 Aquatics is absolutely the perfect summer swimming camp for my daughter! She’s made new friends, stayed active, and had a great way to escape the Florida heat. The coaches are thoughtful, supportive, and truly care about the kids. I’m so glad we found this program—it’s been an amazing experience all around!
I have belonged to swim clubs all over the US. This club is disorganized. The coaches are hardly ever there. You pay almost 70 dollars a month for someone to give you a workout. i can pull up a workout on line. The practice times are terrible. The noon swim coach Joanie is rude and abrupt. After swimming for two weeks I was suddenly told that if I did not have my usms membership up to date then I could not swim that day. This is not a professionally organized and operated club. Having just moved to Naples I was very disappointed. When I voiced my dissatisfaction I was told that I had to pay for three months whether I liked it or not. I was sent a rude email with the fine print blown up. I guess this is the only way they can get some money to keep the program going. No money back guarantee here. fortunately I found an excellent and very professional swim club at NCH. Although they don't have the huge pool, the coach is very professional. For the same price as this crappy swim organization I also belong to a state of the art facility.
Thanks very much to Coach Tom & the T2 Aquatics team for the hospitality & allowing my son Aaron the opportunity to swim with you while we were visiting Naples over the March Break. The experience will only serve to make him a better swimmer.
