They do not follow the rules and regulations of their own handbook. For example, no backpacks, personal drinks, or food are allowed on the premises, but there were multiple employees doing the opposite. Even said they can do that, because they work there and we don’t. So my kids can’t bring bags to store their towels and extra clothes, but the employee’s children can because they’re employed there. Make it make sense. That was just one repetitive, but underlying, issue. 0/10 won’t recommend. That’s what happens when you employ just anybody AND very useless to the community. Money laundering to me. How we can’t even bring our own WATER BOTTLES to the pool but you sell the same said water from your vending machines when entering the gate……. Weird.
Great experience the staff is amazing and welcoming to all people 🫶🏼. I have been coming for years and never had a problem!! Love this place!!
The employees are very unprofessional; the hours of operation is terrible. It’s very hot this summer seems like the pool would open at 10:00 am under the consideration of the people and heat. Most pool in the summer close at 7:00-8:00 pm. All the worker stay in one room in a huddle with their cell phones in there hands. It’s a dog that be there on a table . I think that’s why in the corner at the entrance it smell like the dog urine.
Everything was perfect
