Not one single light was on around the perimeter of the building. There's only one light in the parking lot. The front door was locked. After pulling on the handle someone told me through the door that I had to walk around the building in the dark to the other door. I was definitely not impressed. Once I was inside multiple light fixtures are out and hanging loose from the ceiling.
