What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool receives positive remarks for being well-maintained, nicely made, and enjoyable for children, with its big slide often highlighted as a fun feature. However, a recurring theme in the reviews is the overly strict and numerous rules, which many patrons find to be excessive and detrimental to the overall enjoyment, with some describing staff as enforcing rules like 'psychopaths' and noting a disproportionate number of lifeguards to guests. There are also significant complaints about rude and impatient staff, particularly regarding inconsistent handling of paperwork like swim test forms and residency verification. Other specific grievances include policies against taking pictures or bringing drinks, unexpected charges (including for non-swimmers or old debts), and a general sense that the experience is more restrictive than fun, leading to widespread disappointment.

Awesome Pool… Rules are understandable for a Safe and enjoyable experience.. It was very enjoyable for me and my Kids.. I would strongly encourage everyone to come out And support our New Pool here in Greenville.
Very nicely made outdoor pool, but ridiculous rules and more life guards than guests. Sometimes it feels the only thing you are allowed to do is being in the water. They follow every single rule like psychopaths. No fun to be there, last time we bought the annual pass. Very sad because this place could be way more fun for everyone.
1st time was fun and very enjoyful had to fill out some forms and show ID and proof of residency, and take a swim test to swim in the deep end. When we went the 2nd time today they had told us they threw out our forms because they were incomplete, if they were incomplete why did they not say something the 1st time. Also they didn’t mention us to go to the front to put our names on the swim test list and became very rude and impatient very quickly to the point i just left to not have to deal with the rude confrontation I dealt with from (miss shannon swim instructor)
Very very disappointing. 1. Can’t take pictures 2. No drinks 3. Charge for something that occurred 14 years ago and said I wouldn’t have to pay. That was a lie 4. They charge you even if you’re not getting in the pool which is egregious 5. Very rude to the kids
The Pool is very nice, well maintained, and enjoyable for kids of all ages. The big slide is great! The staff does a good job of keeping everything organized and fair.
