I wanted to thank the entire team at Royal Pools and Spas in New Hampton for their top-notch customer service. We have enjoyed countless hours of family fun in the pool together with our grandchildren. Royal Pools installed an above ground Radiant pool for us back in the summer of 2021. Since then, the support that we have received from the friendly in-house staff has been excellent. Their water testing and treatment program makes me confident that our pool water is always clean and safe for the kids. The staff are always available and take the time to answer all of our questions. I value the customer service after the sale. I want to take a moment to thank the entire team at Royal Pools and Spas.

I came across royal pools and spas last year (2024) when i finally decided to install a pool at my home. Laura was and still is amazing. She helped me throughout the entire process from start to finish and continues to be of assistance every time i call or show up with questions and samples for testing. Honey was also a wonderful associate to deal with in regards to scheduling. And Beth was very helpful resolving some minor hiccups along the way. As a matter of fact, so far all the employees at the New Hampton location have been a pleasure to interact with. Definitely recommend their services to anyone in the market for an affordable pool and welcoming experience.

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Ryan, Lisa and Lesly. They are the absolute BEST!!! They are always helpful, patient, and kind. We discovered Royal Pools the middle of summer last year after going to 4 different pool places trying to fix our green pool for weeks. This spring we went to them right at the start of the season and it's been so smooth, just basic maintenance, no big issues. Just do yourself a favor and start pool season off with a visit to Royal Pools. BIG SIDE NOTE, they are GREAT with the little ones, so the adults can talk pool. Thanks Royal Pools, you're STUCK with us now!!!!

We are extremely happy with our experience with Royal Pools & Spas from sales to execution. We replaced a very old completely shot 16x32 in-ground pool liner with a stunning new beautiful liner. The sales & selection process, thanks to Honey Cruz, was clear and easy. Royal worked with precision; came to measure not once but twice (thank you). Installation date was reasonably on time (barring weather). The incredible installation team was obviously very experienced. And it was a amazing to watch them transform our pool in a few hours! Any questions or concerns we had before, during or after were quickly addressed without hesitation or delay. We are very happy we trusted Royal Pools & Spas with this investment in our property and enjoyment of family and friends for years to come. We highly recommend them.
