Truly a great Bed and Breakfast! Don’t pass up the Taber Inn. Location to everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly and so accommodating. Very clean and the rooms were so inviting and comfortable. Coffee, muffins and pastry and fresh fruit were delivered to our room for breakfast which you can enjoy on your private deck. We did not have enough time to enjoy their beautiful pool! Book ahead because it is very popular. We booked last minute so we could only get one night. Taber Inn did not disappoint!!

This is a cute & homey inn. Good location. The Mystic Market across the street is very good. However, the main purpose of a hotel is to have somewhere to sleep. Therefore, the beds & bedding should be top priority to help provide a comfortable nights sleep. The sheets were so coarse that they were uncomfortable from the start & even worse on my mild sunburn. I couldn’t even begin to guess the age of the pillows. They were flat and solid foam, nothing soft and fluffy to be found. I went to Target and bought a new one immediately. I would not recommend staying here, especially at the price point.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed 6 Nights in Mystic at the Taber in and had an absolute lovely time. The staff were all super friendly and inviting, and offered us lovely advice for our visit. We were greeted as soon as we pulled up to the front office, and brought promptly to our room. The room was lovely with a deck to sit on. The location was perfect, just a short drive or walk from downtown, and access to the other restaurants and areas outside of downtown. The room was lovely, the staff were all fantastic, and we had an excellent stay.

We loved the inn. The owner was present, down to earth, and extremely pleasant. The breakfast with fresh fruit and pastry with coffee delivered to our room was a wonderful surprise. The room was comfortable and spacious. We always love have two chairs and a table. The bathroom was huge. The only small ask would be to not use scented laundry detergent on the bedding. But overall it was fantastic.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff at the front were very kind and provided a wide range of amazing recommendations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The indoor pool was a great add on which had changing rooms. The breakfast delivery to your room was a delight. About 1mile walking distance into town. Centrally located to the aquarium, shopping, make sure to check out the taco place down the street! We will definitely come back if we come out to visit. One of the most comfortable hotels/inns I have utilized.
