We had our wedding here two months ago and I still think about how great this venue and staff was. Everyone who worked our wedding was helpful, kind and calm. Erin and Corey were incredibly helpful during the planning process and made me feel calm during a stressful process. Erin did the whole wedding as well as the flowers and I’m so glad I trusted her because she knocked it out of the park. Jamie was attentive and was always one step ahead of me throughout the night. Katie was our maître d for the day and she was so kind and on top of everything we needed all day. We got so many compliments on the venue and the food and mostly the staff, if I get married again I will do it here lol

Otterkill was a perfect setting for our daughter’s Sweet 16! Erin and her team were phenomenal and thought of things we hadn’t! Our event was in June and our guests ate still talking about it! Thank you Otterkill for making our daughter’s vision come to life!

Just had our wedding at otterkill on Sunday and first off I want to thank Erin who made it happen. We originally had our date set for May 2025 and had to change it to a lot sooner. She was very accommodating and made sure everything was beautiful. The food was fantastic! She also did all our flowers which were stunning! We had a couple of hiccups and a few things that didn’t go as planned but overall, we are very happy and definitely recommend otterkill for any event. I want to give a huge thank you to Cali who was with us the entire day and was absolutely phenomenal! And the bartenders were awesome, everyone loved their vibe! Erin we will be reaching out to you again for future events! Thank you so much 🤍

Erin & Jen were able to take my blurry vision and create the most vibrant, beautiful reality for the bridal shower we threw on 04/23/2022. I hadn’t been to the venue since 2009, and it’s changed since, so attempting to visualise what we wanted based on phone photos between NY and TX was difficult. But Erin’s openness and time taken to chat with me virtually helped me understand that she and her team would be able to take the rawest of materials we bought and put every piece together in the most tasteful way without us having to host a potentially stressful interstate crafting day. She had an abundance of resources and materials of her own to supplement what we had, and didn’t have, to finalise the overall look and feel of the space. I walked into the room and was completely overwhelmed with how gorgeous everything looked. The bride also said it was totally stunning! I could only tell people two things when they complimented me on a job well done: 1. I didn’t do anything; this was all the venue. And 2. I couldn’t have even dreamed this.. The food hit the entire experience out of the park. Erin even made the most gorgeous themed cake for the bride - who’s ever had a peach bellini cake? I have now and I can assure you it was brilliant. All I can say is: ask and communicate, and you shall receive in abundance here at the Otterkill. The success in event planning is always rooted in your ability to communicate with the coordinators. Their ability to nail this based on verbal communication alone from TX to NY is evidence of that. Thank you Erin, Jen, and all the lovely ladies and gentlemen who helped make the bride’s celebration so wonderful! We’ll be raving about it forever.

I was so happy with this experience. I had a lot requests and they listened and worked with me. Erin did an incredible job with the balloon garland and table decor. I went into the room and I was totally relaxed after worrying for the past two months. Everyone who attended had a great time and the staff was fantastic. So glad I had my daughters baby shower here.
