What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews present a mixed but largely negative picture of the facility. Positive feedback highlights a well-organized and enjoyable Junior Certification program, helpful staff at check-in, beautiful facilities, and a welcoming environment for a tennis tournament, with one reviewer calling it one of the best venues. However, several long-term gym members express severe disappointment, citing a significant decline in quality. Key complaints include loud and disruptive external fitness classes (e.g., Mad Dog Fitness) taking over space promised to members, outdated and frequently broken equipment, and owners perceived as rude, unapproachable, and prioritizing profit over loyal members. These members feel neglected, describing the gym as having gone 'downhill' and becoming a 'cash grab.' Minor issues like weird-smelling shower soap and a rash from goggles were also noted.

My daughter completed the Junior Certification with Marie. My wife and daughter were really impressed and found it interesting and fun. My wife also said the young man at the desk was very helpful checking them in.
I’ve been a loyal member of this gym for over 10 years, but sadly it’s gone completely downhill. They promised us members turf space that we were excited for—only to turn around and rent it out to Mad Dog Fitness classes that are loud, obnoxious, and completely disrupt the atmosphere. It’s clear the owners care more about outside money-making opportunities than the loyal members who’ve been supporting this place for years. The equipment is old, rusted, and often out of order, and the owners are incredibly rude and unapproachable. They make no effort to engage with or support the community they built this gym on. It’s frustrating to watch them pour energy into profit-driven ventures while neglecting the needs of actual members. This place used to feel like home, but now it just feels like a cash grab. Disappointed is an understatement.
I’ve been going here for years and never had any issues. However, recently I’ve seen group classes in the wide open, blasting music and a lady on an absurdly loud microphone barking orders. I understand it’s a gym and there’s going to be noise and commotion, but it’s crazy that I’ve been scolded on multiple times for grunting a little too loudly or making a bit of noise. Now it’s a full on dance club over there and it just feels like a slap in the face to people who have been supporting this club for years and years now. Equipment is also frequently out of order or just downright old and rusted. Just disappointing to see the downfall lately. Looks like they are fully focused on bringing in new clients, not taking care and respecting the loyal vets. Oh well…
Beautiful facilities and a welcoming staff! Took my kids for a tennis tournament. Very well organized, friendly and one of the best venues I have been to.
It was very clean but the soap to shower smell weird so I recommend bringing your own and I got a rash from the goggles
