We have been with TotalCare Pool Service for almost (4) years now and could not be more pleased with our weekly service. In having a Pool & Spa now for over (13) years my weekly service Tech is Colton Franzen and he is the BEST pool tech we have ever, ever had. You can almost set your watch to his weekly service schedule. Great guy, super reliable and friendly…. He does a great job! 👍

We have used this company for the past 8 months. We bought a home in Green Valley and the previous owners said they had an okay experience with totalcare pool so we decided to use them for our weekly service on our pool and spa. We are pretty sure they did not service our hot tub for quite some time as when we went to visit there was actually slime on the spa and they then reported they had done service on the hot tub just the last week. You don't get slime on your spa walls in one week! We paid them to install heat to our pool and the pentair intelliconnect app so we could turn on the heat prior to our arrival so we could swim when we arrived. Two times we went and the app said the heater was on yet it did not turn on the heat pump. When we arrived we called them and they say they check messages on the weekend yet we never got a response. We even called the owner as we had his number and he did not respond until Monday. They won't clean the pool if you have a blanket on it. They won't empty the baskets or rinse the screens on your skimmer or pool crawler. They also will not fill your pool or hot tub if it gets low on water. So what will they actually do for their $200 a month plus the cost quarterly for the filter cleaning which I do not believe we ever got charged for so not sure if they even did it as our hot tub now needs a new filter. We fired them and that same day they proceeded to disconnect our pentair intelliconnect from the app so I could no longer access my pool pump or heater at all, magically my salt sensor fuse went bad, and I got a large leak on my salt filter top. So disappointed in this company and sorry I paid them the almost $15,000 to put in heat to the pool and a new pump for the spa. Total pool responded with mostly false and they knew we would be difficult. Yet they sold us 15000.00 hot tub pump and pool heater.hmmm yes my wife is difficult when she pays an almost $300 water bill to fix the hot tub problem and then when we come to the house for the weekend and can’t use the pool we pay 200+ a month to have maintained because the heat pump did not turn on to heat the pool. Yep she then gets difficult. I don’t often leave reviews unless something is excellent or something or someone is really bad and or taking advantage of someone. If you hadn’t removed our equipment from our app and messed with the salt and actually fixed the heat pump I would not have even left a review and just counted the experience as lesson learned.

Nice to see the change at our local pools here at Villas East, the pool upkeep has been noticeably better over the winter since you folks took over the pool maintenance. We have seen your staff member James on quite a few occasions when we swim in the mornings, it’s nice to see folks take pride in their work. The chlorine levels have been so much better this year. Thank you and keep up the great job !!

I drove from Nogales to see these guys. Customer service was great both in the phone and in store I was greeted and helped right away. They handled all the warranty work on my Maytonics pool vacuum. Took 2 weeks but they handled it all, with no cost or worries. Highly recommend buying any of your pool needs from these guys.
