Coastal Elite Pools & Spa manages our Resort pool and they are top notch. The pools look great, never received issue from the health department. Assist in optimizing services so that cost stay down and pool stays open. Thanks for the extra time and care. They take pride in their work and it shows. Customer service is number one priority can't say enough about Coastal Elite. They are timely and do a fantastic job! Our pool has NEVER looked better!! Thank you Ted you are the BEST!!!

We called back on June to asked if your company been coming for the cleaning,my pool was all green,you had told me it was because your had been having your staff come to do the pool,but now you saying you had cancel my service? Also if that’s the case why were you still come to take care the pool after we called? And just that one time service during June and we still got billed for the whole month rate, you should be clear I would rather call other company and pay for the same rate and able to have the pool taking care every week!!!Not gonna lie only reason we were changing the pool service to you because you had been the one taking care our pool since before you start your own business, and we know you had taking care our pool really good. But last few months had been terrible, I don’t know what you had going on now, but please keep in mind business is business. Need to be little bit more professional, keep personal issues separated! Save your words don’t need to reply, consumers had there eyes they can tell whether it true or not. Have a great day, wish you business doing well.

5/22/23: It's been over 2 and a half months now, and still no refund received. Empty promises, was promised AGAIN a refund over a month again. 4/19:Service was excellent until starting October of 2022. Suddenly our weekly service went to 2 or 3 weeks out of the monthinstead of every week (which is what we were paying for), to maybe one week in January, to never showing up in February. We cancelled at the beginning of March out of frustration. Paid in advance for a treatment back in Oct/Nov, but never received the treatment. Have reached out several times attempting to get a refund. Was told I would be mailed a check, but that was a month and a half ago, and have not received any responses since. Very disappointed and frustrated in what was once a stellar service. It seems the clients on AMI are still getting their service but we weren't important enough.

Our pool has never looked so good! Every week Ted sends us a report of what maintenance was performed (with photos). Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Ted!

Ted has been great! We switched from using one of the pool store services after poor service for a few months. Ted got our pool back in shape! We are very happy with his service.
