Lincoln Park Splash Pad, located at 715 17th St E, Palmetto, FL 34221, USA, is a popular public water play area designed for children and families. It features various interactive water sprays, fountains, and splash features, providing a fun and refreshing experience during warm weather. It's part of a larger park, offering a safe and engaging environment for kids to cool off and play.
As a splash pad, the water is generally not heated or temperature-controlled like a traditional swimming pool. The water temperature is typically ambient, reflecting the temperature of the municipal water supply, which varies with the weather and season.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The splash pad is generally regarded as a fun and great place for kids, particularly on hot days, with many appreciating the available shade for both children and parents. It is also noted as being free to enter. However, some significant negative experiences have been reported, including accusations of racial discrimination by lifeguards against biracial children, and a claim that multiple children contracted Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease after visiting. Other minor complaints include limited seating (advising visitors to bring their own chairs) and one mention of the water being freezing cold.

Was a fun time. Kiddos played for over an hour and had a great time. There are shady spots for parents to sit and watch as well as shade over the park to help protect the kids. Overall, a great experience for all!
Took my grandchildren for a fun day,my Bi Racial Grandkids were watched and followed by the 9 useless lifeguards on duty...and something was said at every turn,no matter what they did! They are amazing kids,no problems at all!my white grandchildren were not bothered at all! The Giant Extra Fun was bringing them home, all to get high fevers! Took the to Dr and Everyone of them Had Hand Foot and Mouth Disease! They were Not sick Before so I know we caught it here!!! Will never Return to this Racist Splash Pad ever!!!!
I took my 3 year old granddaughter and she had a blast. Make sure to take a chair if you want to sit down at all. There are only 2 benches there.
