I dropped my cleaner off at the beginning of summer. After 2 months I called and they couldn’t find it. They never put my name on it or phone number. They finally found it and told me that they didn’t think they could get a motor but could possibly take one out of a used one to get it fixed. That they would get me a price together and call me back. At the end of summer I called back and again they couldn’t find it. Then they did find it. They said that I told them not to fix it because of the price. I never received a call from them with a price. I do not recommend this pool place. The lack of communication and the ability to do what they say is very poor. They had my machine all summer and it still isn’t fixed.

Once was enough. Less than two years ago, after they failed to show for a couple of appointments, the finally showed but had ordered the wrong replacement parts for my spa. Came back out with the right parts with another service charge. After they left, the circ pump quit working. They then came back out and took it without my knowledge or permission. They supposedly replaced it with a new pump at the tune of $350 (that's not including labor). I have a picture where you can see the pump mounted on some old cedar shingles found in a wood pile. Professional, eh? Circ pump now no longer working. Looks like they may have simply repaired the original. They will indeed jerk you around for weeks. One star because the gal on the phone was nice.

Stay far away. Laid out our pool 3 times before getting it right. A 1 day install turned into 3 weeks and now we are left with large footprints in the sand under our liner, a rock sticking up under the liner, and 50% of our uprights are not level. They said they would be back in the spring to fix said problems, haven’t heard a word from them.

We bought our above ground pool from Wilkes Pool and Spa 5 years ago, they have stood behind their work and helped us with any questions we have. Especially this year with the problems we have had with the mustard algae, which we have never had a problem at all with any algae of any kind. But they walked us through it and we are algae free! Thanks y’all!!!

My best advice is to stay as far away from this company as you can. They had to install 3 different pools in my yard because of poor work and damaged peices. They cost us more money in chemicals, water, damage to our lawn and landscaping than it was worth. Their business practices and invoices are unethical. During the first install his workers damaged our drainage and then charged us to fix it. Its been a year of bad work and communication.The owner is in over his head clearly as we have heard horror stories from other community members and custumers who have dealt with him. He claims to have gone "above and beyond" to fix his mistakes but all he had done is cost us money and a bad headache. Please do yourself a favor and choose someone else to hire.
