I take swim aerobics with Helen on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. She is the best! Helen makes the time in the pool go quickly and she is so much fun to be with. Thank you Helen for all the time energy and effort you put into it!

I go to Saddlebrook pool almost daily. Hardly ever go inside but I ventured in to take a pic of the Christmas tree. I like the patriotic theme of this tree.
